Program Accreditation

BONENT approves individual continuing education course (seminar or conference) which provides course content in the field of nephrology.

BONENT is accredited as an approver of continuing education by the California Board of Registered Nursing (#CEP 15680).

Fees:

Fees for your event are listed below. For repeat presentations with exactly the same material, but on a different date, add 50% of the fee below, per presentation beyond the first.

Refund Policy: A $50 cancellation fee applies for cancellations received by fax or mail within 30 days of receipt. No refunds 30 days after receipt.

Attendee Certificate

For attendee certificates, you can choose to provide your attendees with:

  • Your own certificate (which must include BONENT- provided CE legal information and logo at bottom of each certificate); OR…
  • BONENT Layout provided to you in Word; OR…
  • Pre-printed BONENT certificate with your logo imprinted, ready for you to imprint the attendee name (available @ $15/package of 25)

Application

Due to the extensive review & approval process, it is very important to submit your one-page application and requested attachments for review at least 60 calendar days prior to the event date to be considered an “on time” application.

Consider using next-day/overnight courier service to ensure quick delivery. Applications received with a postmarked date of 59 or fewer calendar days before the activity start date will not be accepted.

All submitted applications must meet two requirements:

  1. Must be submitted at least 60 days prior to the event.
  2. Must be complete upon submission. Incomplete Applications when submitted will be assessed an additional fee of $75.
