Duplicate Certificates & Wallet Cards

To receive a duplicate certificate and/or wallet card, your Annual Certification Fees must be paid up-to-date.

There are two ways to purchase duplicate certificates and wallet cards

  1. Log into the My Account section and order a duplicate certificate and/or wallet card through the online store.

    2. OR

  2. Complete the appropriate request form and submit it to BONENT with payment.
