New Technology: Sorbent PD
Currently under development, Sorbent PD requires very little fluid (700 ml) in the abdomen, plus a wearable pump and packet of chemicals, each the size of a deck of cards. Yet it is more efficient than current forms of conventional PD. Ongoing clinical trials will be discussed.
