Official Board policy states that the BONENT Executive Office:

• Can only speak to exam applicants regarding application details.
• May not discuss any application with managers, supervisors educators, co-workers or family members.

BONENT Approved Nephrology Educational Programs
(Training & Online Programs)

Certification
The BONENT Board of Directors has approved specific nephrology educational programs for use in the initial certification process. Exam applicants who complete one of the training programs listed below may apply to take the BONENT exam upon successful completion of the program.

Application Form: You must submit the standard BONENT exam application with a copy of your high school diploma and your certificate from the BONENT Approved Program. Your instructor must sign the application in lieu of an immediate supervisor and provide a signed reference letter. You must also submit a signed reference letter from another instructor or a professional in the field of nephrology.

Recertification
If you are BONENT certified and you need to complete your recertification, you can submit contact hours from the online programs listed below in Group A.
